Design And Implementation Of Edition Software For Emergency Broadcast Messages

In recent years, the occurrence of natural disasters and emergencies in China is on the rise, so it is urgently needed to establish and perfect an emergency broadcasting system.In this paper, According to sichuan provincial emergency broadcast technology solutions, and emergency broadcast system design specification, I developed a system which named message edition software for emergency broadcast. It is mainly to complete the emergency message storage functions of reporters, and providing the data support for the sent of emergency broadcast message.The message edition software for emergency broadcast consists of two parts.the client and the database.The client Using c # language and Based on the.net three-layer architecture consists of five parts : Database maintenance system,emergency broadcast message demand recording system, Emergency broadcast message generation system, Resource scheduling and management system, emergency message distribution system.The database consists of many tables and stored procedure. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. The overall design and requirement analysis of the message edition software for emergency broadcast.I do some detailed analysis from overall planning of the emergency broadcasting system. At the same time, I make a overall design of the software according to the functional requirements and performance requirements.2. Design and implementation of the database.All the tables divided into five parts,witch are system related tables, emergency messages related tables, resource related tables, schedule tables.I carried on the design to these tables separately,and give some important stored procedure in this database.3.The detailed design and implementation of each subsystem.I design and implementation of each subsystem in detail.and separately achived Background maintenance functions of the software,the emergency message demand recording function, emergency message auditing function, Emergency message resource scheduling information management function and emergency message distribution function.Verified, the message edition software for emergency broadcast achieve the process of emergency message recording, auditing, adding scheduling information,finaly tagging the emergency message to be released. This software completely conforms to technical solution of the Sichuan provincial emergency broadcast system and related design specifications, and can also well meet the demand of the function requirements and performance indicators, and consequently,so it can be applied to the Sichuan provincial emergency broadcast system.
