Fracture is one of the most common diseases and may caused by various traffic accidents and unintentional injury.With the ageing of population,it brings a lot of senile osteoporotic fracture patients.According to a survey conducted by the University of Southampton and Sheffield College in the United Kingdom,there will be about 319 million people in the world at high risk to suffer from fracture at 2040 s.The patients suffered a lot cause the conventional fracture treatment cycle is long.Therefore.it is necessary to find an effective means to shorten the cycle of fracture treatment.In recent years,through the study of low intensity pulsed ultrasound,it is found that low intensity pulsed ultrasound can obviously accelerate the rate of fracture healing and can also be used in the treatment of fracture,bone nonunion,osteoporosis and other symptoms.This kind of clean,environmental friendly,safe,non-ionizing radiation treatment attaches great importance by both domestic and international medicalprofession.But the low intensity ultrasound has not yet been widely used in the fracture treatment in our country.In foreign countries,the medical instruments for fracture treatment using low-intensity pulsed ultrasound have already been developed.But the treatment parameters are not set to be modified at the time of shipment.Those products is in fact unable to meet the complex fracture condition treatment due to the difference in patient's age,physical condition,fracture sites and fracture conditions.In order to meet the actual needs,a doctor for different patients to formulate flexible therapeutic plan of fractures is also needed.In addition,those products only have the function of treating,but can not manage and statistics treatment information and treatment status of patients.In order to solve theose problems,This thesis designes a low-intensity pulse ultrasound fracture healing system which can adjust the treatment parameters flexibly according to the different fracture condition and store the data to the server.The system includes three modules:,which are client,server and treatment instrument.This thesis mainly designs and develops the modules of client and server.This thesis article uses the Android platform to develop the client,which is not only covetient to use,but has the advantage oflow cost.The server uses the Bmob cloud storage platform,which has the feature of simple to use and background data can be visualization.Through the client,you can enter patient information,select the treatment program and can control and monitor the treatment of fracture treatment instrument.Combined with the background server,it can store the patient's information and treatment process information to the server and store information permanently.The system provides two options,in case of thereis no network,FTP and OTG function can still be used to manage patient's information.This thesis designes a low-intensity pulse ultrasound fracture healing system which can adjust the parameter of the treatment and store the data to the server.Ccomparing to existing products this designer is more convenient,cheaper,safer and has a broad market prospect.
