In recent years, the prevalence of cardiovascular disease continues to increase,and the patient’s age appears a younger trend, so how to achieve long-term continuousECG monitoring in a convenient way now has become hot. This thesis designed aHolter monitoring systems composed by a wearable ECG signal acquisition module, asmart phones and a dedicated ECG smart phones application.There are already portable ECG monitor for sale, having signal acquisition,analysis, display, storage and other functions, but compared to the wearable device, isstill bulky and high power consumption, inconvenience for continuous long-termusing. The design based on Android smartphone platform. Receive ECG data sent bywearable ECG data acquisition module via Bluetooth protocol. Display ECG on thephone’s screen and analysis ECG data on the phone. Then find out the waveform withproblem and uploaded to the server. This design extracts ECG waveform features,uses SVM classification method to detect arrhythmias and issue a warning.This thesis describes the design of the overall framework of Holter monitoringsystem, design and implementation of system functions. The system has small size,low cost, and simple to operate. It can be used for a long time to monitor humanECG, has a very broad market prospects.
