With the reform and opening up and the deepening of competition among enterprises,although my country has also formulated some national enterprise development strategies and systems,many of them are not perfect.The development of private enterprises is still progressing slowly.They are the core of enterprise human resource management.Efficiency,human capital is very important in motivating employees,and human capital is one of the key factors for companies to achieve strategic goals.Under these conditions,software company rarely develops BC and small company mainly engaged in software product research and development,wants to get a place in such a competitive trading market and complete the continuous development and progress of the company,so that the comprehensive center of the company's management gradually develops a strategic human resource management company.In order to make the staff fully aware of the importance of assessing staff to the development of the company and employees,encourage the enthusiasm and positive spirit of employees,formulate employee performance evaluation plans to ensure the continued healthy development of the company.First of all,This preliminary selection describes the themes and data values of prehistoric research,analyzes the relevant research fields currently conducted in the country and the performance appraisal at the international level,methodology and research content,and is mainly used to describe the basic concepts of performance appraisal review and employee performance in this research.The evaluation method,therefore,laid the foundation for the following theoretical research to optimize the results of Xi'an BC performance evaluation.Subsequently,he submitted general information about Xi'an BC software company,and conducted an anonymous survey of the company's employees' performance evaluation system through questionnaires.The results showed that there were problems and reasons.Third,based on key indicators,balanced debit cards and other theories,an effective performance optimization program was developed for the employees of BC Software,which improved the company's central competitiveness.Combining the company with practice,various measures are put forward at the end of the article to ensure the successful implementation of the assessment project and the company's Human Resources Management Department that meets the current needs of the field to stimulate employees' enthusiastic work,help them continuously improve their professional quality,and finally achieve the company's strategic goals.
