In daily business management in colleges and universities,in the past when not using information management system,to the personnel files of information mainly through the school department staff manual management,has brought many problems,such as the personnel archives information query,need workers to find lots of information,time consuming,users can't timely provide to school;Statistical personnel file information,often because of human factors,information problems in statistics statements,to a certain extent affect the school work,so in such a scenario,for the development of the personnel file management platform is more and more urgent.Work based on the above content,design the personnel files of information management platform for the information,the network architecture by using B/S network architecture,specific application server using IIS to run the deployment,school teachers and students to the user to enter the url to access the system daily,interact with the user,and is responsible for rendering to the user interface USES the ASP.NET technology development,system background database information is stored using the SQL Server database,through the ADO.NET framework and system logic code data business interaction,finishing the development of system function module,information management including recruitment,training management,salary management,performance management,personnel management,etc,so as to meet the demand of the school's human resource management,personnel file management platform using the school set up good advantages of campus network,to analyze the specific business process,to ensure that developed by the university personnel file management platform meeting the needs of colleges and universities,promote the informationization of school personnel management for the whole year,so as to provide service for the entire school teachers and students better.
