RE and 3D printing as advanced manufacturing technology,the correlational research of integrated system have taken more and more attention.As one of the keys to the RE and3 D printing integration systems,it is important to rebuild the CAD model.At present,there have a low integration,process cumbersome and other issues about the CAD system as the core of the integrated system.In order to improve the integration of integrated systems further,shorten the process,better play the advantages of integrated systems for rapid manufacturing,improvement and innovation,this paper research the CAD model as the core of the integrated system about the CAD model reconstruction program,and analyze the impact for subsequent CAD model printing and improvement.This paper chooses the UAV duct fan as a case to illustrate.In order to make the point cloud data more suitable for the layered accumulation of3 D printing,a filtering method for 3D printing is proposed based on the median filter method.In order to simplify the process of point cloud data partitioning,a method of partitioning data based on 3D printing model is proposed.In order to make the RE more suitable for the process of 3D printing,this paper proposes a predictive modeling method for 3D printing based on the concurrent design principle,the principle and construction framework of the method are studied,and the characteristics and advantages of the modeling method are analyzed.The method is applied to case practice.The scheme of the surface model is studied.In order to achieve better 3D printing,the strategy of improving the success rate,efficiency and quality of printing is studied based on the guidance of the predictive modeling method.And it is verified by fan case.In order to make the improvement of the follow-up model more convenient and quick,according to the guidance of the predictive modeling method,the criteria of module division and model split based on the single factor variable influencing the research problem are studied,and the strategy of product improvement and experiment is studied.The requirements of the experimental design were studied.And It is verified by fan case.
