With the further development of enterprise informatization,the core competence of modern manufacturing enterprises mainly embody in integrated product development and management.As the bridge of connecting product development and management,integrated product model characterized by integration and knowledge can manage product information,integrate product knowledgement and support design reuse effciently.It is very important to improve the effciency of product development and management.The key technologies and applications of product integrated modeling are studied in this thesis.The contributions are as follows:Firstly,the representation,integration and evolution mechanisms of product information were analyzed,and an integrated model oriented to product lifecycle was proposed.It was built on integrated mechanism of meta-model,which adopted generic representation method based on attribute,constraint and operation,thus had a unified representation and integration basis.Sub-model of each stage adopted the integrated modeling method combining static model and dynamic model.Static model described product lifecycle information fully from three dimensions of width, depth and granularity,which constituted the three-dimensional status space integrated with lifecycle process,information representation and product structure.Dynamic model depicted evolution of product information dynamic from three angles of version,mapping and operation.They worked together to meet the requirements for product lifecycle information integration and evolution of many types and levels.Secondly,to meet the requirements of multiple knowledge representation in product integrated modeling,a mixed product knowledge representation method based on KBE was proposed to combine multiple knowledge.A framework of product knowledge integration based on ontology middle-layer was further studied. The middle-layer consisted of meta-ontology layer,ontology layer,knowledge layer and service layer.The construction and representation of middel-layer were described in detail.Combining the ability of ontology representing share concept formally with the ability of OWL language oriented web,Semantic-based product knowledge integration was supported.Thirdly,to meet the requirements of knowledge reuse in product integrated development,a configurable product structure model(CPSM) supporting rapid variant of product was proposed.In which,extensible and-or thee was used to cover a group of variant product hierarchical structures,and internal semantci relationships and configuration conditions among product nodes were set up.Assembly direcional graph was adopted to represent the assembly relationships and configuration conditions in each layer to make up for deficiency of product structure describing assembly semantics.Combining with the ability of horizontal parameter variant of extensible property sets,the requirements for reusability and extensibility of product family,component family and part family among CPSM were satisfied in different levels.Fourthly,multi-level design reuse system based on CPSM was built to satisfy the requirements for reuse in product design of different phases and different granularities. CBR system was used to realize classification and case retrieval of products and parts, suitable for reuse of design experience and knowledge that was difficult to represent by model.PDM system was used to support product structure configuration,suitable for reuse of structures and modules of parts and components.CAD system was used to support parametric design,suitable for reuse of parameters and features of parts and components.Finally,based on previous research,a multi-agent architecture based on web service was studied to construct the distributed integration environment.Using automobile shock absorber as sample,a distributed product data management system and development platform oriented to reuse was built.
