Academics in various academic fields have paid attention to the Framing Theory ever since it came up in the 1950 s.The Framing Theory develops two embranchments in communication field: media communication framework and audience interpretation framework, each includes theoretical research and empirical research.Media communication framework influences people's memory and recognition of a past or current event. The process and result of this social group share a same past called ”Collective Memory”.The formation of the collective memory is influenced by many social factors, one of the important factors is news media reporting framework. However,as the production subject of the collective memory, the audiences have their own choices and appetites. The current network and media environment in China has provided us a convenient condition to divide writing groups of online collective memory. The research in this article uses Baidu news search engine reports as samples and Baidu Encyclopedia entries as contents of online collective memory to ensure the audiences of news reports and writers of online collective memory are from the same group.Baidu Baike has it's own special memory form about the terrorist attacks in Paris on November thirteenth,2015 as ”Chinese mainland online collective memory space”,the formation of such online collective memory relates to Chinese mainland news reports and yet not the same.On the one hand, selection framework and symbolic framework of media reports influences narrative structure and expression of online collective memory, selective reports due to the nature of media cause online collective memory selective loss.On the other hand, online collective memory is not as same as media which report news in a neutral way,the writer of online collective memory would rather choose eye-catchcing expressions such as “violence”,”blood”,“terror”,“murder” to form a deep memory than regular words.
