On May 20,2016,the new Taiwan leader Tsai ing-wen announced her inauguration,but she didn't recognize "1992 Consensus" clearly in the inaugural speech which making cross-strait relations more tense.This study takes People's Daily Online,the mainland mainstream media,as the research object,which focusing on "theme of the report" "source of the message" "reported genre" and "reporting tendencies" four categories in People's Daily Online Reports of Taiwan within two months before and after May 20,2016.This study analyzes the frame of the reported form and the frame changes from the perspective of quantitative analysis before and after Tsai ing-wen took office.At the same time,in order to further explore the connotation of the news text,this study also uses the discourse analysis proposed by Vatican Dick in qualitative analysis.Through the macroscopic proposition theta generalization of fabric and microscopic proposition news schema structure analysis,the study reveals the implication of words in the form of reports and the causes.This study suggests that during Tsai ing-wen announced her inauguration,People's Daily Online reports of Taiwan based on the objective reality of the news events,involving more "verbal reaction" that the event-related personnel to express their own positions and tendencies,the official report on Taiwan mainly presents a pressure frame and strategic frame;reports of Taiwanese folk are mainly presented with a framework of cooperation and a sympathetic framework;reports of specific people(such as Ma Ying-jeou)or events show "friendly framework".There are crossings between different reported topics of Taiwan official and civil.At the same time,the constructions of the five frameworks are ideology and the absolute influence of Taiwan policy,media organizations imperceptibly spread ideas and the motivation of news facts.
