Personnel and Labor management is an indispensable part of a business,which is not only directly related to the vital interests of employees,but also closely associated with the company's personnel management,financial management,file management and policy implementation.However,the traditional personnel and labor management has a lot of shortcomings,including low efficiency and poor confidentiality.And over time,this management will produce a larger number of documents and the data.Facing those vast data and paper files,searching,updating and maintaining data are very difficult.With the continuous improvement of science and technology,computer science is maturing.Its powerful function has been deeply recognized,and applied in the various fields of human society.As part of computer applications,using computer to manage the personnel and labor data has significant advantages that manual management could not match.For example: the quickly searching,easy locating,high reliability,massive storage capacity,high security and low cost.These advantages could not only greatly improve the efficiency of the personnel and labor management,but also are important conditions of scientific and standardized enterprise management.Therefore,the development of such a management system has become necessary.This thesis presents a software that is designed for a set of suitable application for expressway administration.The software adopts the BS architecture and SQLServer 2008 database,built a comprehensive personnel and labor management platform of "one platform two terminals three levels ",which include a system as one platform,two terminals(PC terminal and APP terminal)and three levels(Bureau level,division level and section level)management model.The software also proposed integrated solution that covers management of personnel,wages,statistics,statements,contracts and other.The software could also help consumer to achieve sharing information between the various departments,avoiding duplication of data collection,ensuring the consistency and accuracy of data,improving the personnel and labor management mode,standardizing management procedures,enhance efficiency of management and informationization level,and more importantly,offering better expressway services.
