A modern enterprise wants to survive and development, it must keep up with the pace of the information technology, using advanced information technology to cost savings for the company’s management and make plans. Talents as the root of the enterprise survival and development, in the management of the enterprise always occupy an important position. Good enterprise personnel management is not only help executives and management personnel grasp the dynamic enterprise personnel information, make talent recruitment and development planning, but also conducive to the optimization of enterprise reform, streamlining, realize the information construction of personnel management. This is not only the personnel management information in urgent need, but also one of the important significance to establishment of corporate personnel management system and promotes the development of enterprises.Personnel management work as an important work in the enterprise, it is responsible for the entire enterprise daily personnel and personnel file management. Personnel work is traditionally manual operation. However, with the expansion of enterprise scale, personnel management workload is greatly increased, at the same time, which relates to many personnel information data, from the security, confidentiality and other aspects of the data, manual work are easy to produce data loss, mistakes and other issues, but the information can not be shared in a timely manner, not in the leadership of the staff to grasp the situation, personnel decisions is not efficient. Enterprises through this system can to reduce staff the traditional personnel management work pressure and improve working efficiency, while strengthening the security personnel data, realize information sharing, and to improve the efficiency of leadership personnel decisions to provide help. System planning in the overall structure of the personnel management function modules, personal management module, training management module, recruitment management module, the salary management function module and system management module six major functional modules, each functional module also contains lower a number of sub-modules.Software structure of the system is.NET three layers architecture, namely the presentation layer(UI), business logic layer(BLL), data access layer(DAL). Distinguish between levels is in accordance with the "high cohesion, low coupling" thinking the design. Advantage of this architecture is to improve development efficiency and reduce the degree of coupling between layers, with the advantages of logic multiplexing and increased scalability.
