Abstract/Summary:
The emergence of human resource management is that the personnel management transformed the day-to-day work into strategic career gradually. The key of how to strength the reeducation-through-labor work in the new age is to stand the test of police corps that have high quality and are able to take a leading role and therefore it is urgent that carry out effective management to the police corps of the labor camp. Establishing the perfect forced labor camp police personnel management system can improve work efficiency, and strengthen the management of the means of information and reduce the error rate in the work. The Weifang City has developed a forced labor camp personnel management system in order to improve the forced labor camp police personnel management mode effectively and the efficiency of the forced labor camp of the police officers’personnel changes, file management, police rank management, assessment and attendance and other information management.This paper describes the design and implementation process of Weifang City labor camp police personnel management system and carries out the system analysis, design and coding work by using the object-oriented design concept. In the requirements analysis, we adopted UML use case diagram to describe the functional requirements of the system visually. And then we analyzed the functional structure of the system on the basis of the functional requirements and selected a technical framework and described the detailed design of the system by using class diagrams, timing charts and so on. We designed a database system and analyzed the contact between entities, depicted the E_R diagram, and design data table structure. Finally we implemented system by using Struts framework technology and tested the system.We designed and implemented the Weifang City labor camp police personnel management system by using B/S structure, Java programing language, Struts, Web2.0and database management system of SOL SERVER2005. The system achieves personnel changes, file management, police rank management, attendance management and appraisal management function module. The personnel changes module achieves police officers mobilization, management and other functions. The file management module implements file directory management functions and personnel file management functions while police rank management module realizes management of ranks changes and management of police card function. The attendance management module achieves the function of managing police attendance by registration and summary of police attendance and the appraisal management module realizes some functions which includes examination and registration for police officers, personnel management of the civil servant, annual assessment and approval for civil servant and institution personnel.The deployment as well as running of the system basically meets the needs of Weifang City labor camp police personnel management and the system is able to complete the entire process of personnel management smoothly. It implements the efficient processing of personnel management so that a great deal of work data processing work to become easier, and it reduces the burden on the staff while improving work efficiency. The entire system reached the needs of Weifang City labor camp in information management that the system is able to operate stably, safely and reliably.
