| With the establishment of modern enterprise management system and rapid development of software industry, Corporation personnel&labor management system have become important software tools with which the business carries on daily management work. Strengthening the development and operation of personnel&labor management system has become important means of raising the efficiency of enterprise management. Therefore , personnel&labor management system used as the standard of modern enterprise information-based construction, has got an extensive range of concern.In the foundation of studying the former personnel&labor management system and according to the requirements of personnel&labor management in a large power supply bureau, a personnel&labor management system based on SSH framework is designed and implemented. The main functions of this system includes: Foundation Code Maintenance, System Maintenance , File Management, Personnel Dispensation Management, Technical Ability Authenticate, Title Management, Qualifications and Education Management, Expert Talented Person Management, Contract Management, Work Certificate Management, Settle Member Management, Insurance Management and Statistics Search. It can be seen that the system can meet the needs of a modern personnel&labor management system.The system adopts a popular SSH combination framework. In the presentation layer , classic MVC mode is carried out and the development process is normed through Struts technique. In the business layer, Spring module technique is used to improve the extensibility . The system uses container to manage the controller of the presentation layer and the visited objects of the data layer. In the data persistence layer, a Hibernate framework technique is used to carried out the separation of data and business and lower the coupling of system. The development results show that the maintainability, extensibility, portability, reuseability of the system is improved significantly in this way. |
