Design And Implementation Of A Software College Personnel Information Management System Based On B/S Architecture

At present, the use of computer network technology to realize the informationization of the personnel management has become the world’s first choice, through the application of the personnel management system, can not only improve the efficiency of personnel management work, can more comprehensively promote the modernization of the campus office.A software institute is a professional computer personnel training base in Shenyang region, over the years college attaches great importance to the improvement of management level itself, especially in recent years, college teachers strength enhancement, the increase in the number of faculty, the college personnel management work put forward higher requirements. Institute of this paper is about strengthening the personnel information management work, starting from the actual situation of the current college personnel management work, after the college personnel management work in-depth research and analysis, combining with the present situation of college personnel information work problems and shortcomings, through the study and draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced personnel information management system design and development experience, choose model based on B/S structure, using ASP.NET technology, ultimately to achieve A set of can meet the demand of A college personnel information management of the personnel information management system.This paper design the personnel information management system from the function mainly includes user management, file management, Salary welfare management, title management and talent management, etc. System user friendly interface, simple and convenient operation, can meet the demand of current college personnel information management. Considering the daily maintenance and secondary development in the late, take the way of independent design, system function between different functional modules by setting the public interface to complete the data transmission, processing and storage, in ensuring the system stability and security, and at the same time, reduce the cost of the system development use. In addition, the system also has good compatibility and expansibility, can realize data sharing between the other office and the college system.The main job of this paper includes the following several aspects:(1) Learn from the current domestic and international advanced personnel information management system development experience, based on the characteristics of university personnel information management, selected the suitable technical route;(2) A software college personnel information management to do fieldwork, from two aspects of functional and nonfunctional requirements of the system were analyzed, combined with the actual work process, formulate reasonable design scheme;(3) On the basis of the traditional personnel management information system development, in addition to achieve satisfied the basic function of college work needs, also in view of the characteristics of the college design talent introduction and two faculty state management function module;(4) In order to guarantee the system conforms to the actual requirements of the design in this paper, using the method of black box testing system functionality and performance testing, and through the test results show the practicability and validity of this system.
