Technology projects matching funds refers to appropriation expenditure of scientific research and correlated activations organized by research institutes,of the implementation unit and independently account so as to ensure earmarking of fund.JingFang closely combines the actual circumstance of mine production to implement the strategy of 'promote coal industry by technology' and invested a large amount of matching funds for the smooth development of science and technology project.JingFang coal mine currently using artificial management way,which is of big laber,intensity,mixed the business process,large amount of calculation and slow calculation and the backward management methods seriously affected the work efficiency of management.Technology project matching funds management system are formulated in order to strengthen and regulate the administration of such funds and improve the use efficiency of the funds.Science and technology project matching funds involved in project management,personnel,electricity,materials,equipment depreciation,equipment leasing,and many other content,so this system fully utilizes the existing internal LAN office platform based on Eclipse luna + Tomcat8.0 + Oraclellg development environment.As a solution,back-end business logic is realized by using MVC framework technology,using Ajax and jQuery front page display,using POI generate Excel file to generate report.System realizes the science and technology project management,material management,personnel management,equipment leasing management,depreciation of equipment basic information management,user management and so on six big modules.At present,this system has been successfully deployed and formal operation,reduce the labor intensity of the workers,improve the efficiency of the management,improve the use of science and technology project matching funds performance and management level.
