With the rapid growth of China's economy,a regional economic zone of urban agglomerations with concentrated industries has been formed.Communication and cooperation between cities are getting closer,which leading the demand for flow and sharing of science and technology resources grows rapidly.Strengthening the management of science and technology resources,improving the level of integration and sharing of science and technology resources,and optimizing the allocation of science and technology resources have become a broad consensus in the science and technology community.The sharing platform came into being.As an important method of national scientific research resource allocation,science and technology project resources has not yet received enough attention.Although there are some sharing platforms of science and technology resources that focus on science and technology project resources,there is a problem of “information isolated island” in these platforms,that is,there is no information sharing mode within or between regions,and no real efficient use of science and technology project resources.To address this issue,this thesis conducts a systematic study on design and implement of technology project resource pool system by investigating existing science and technology project resource information and development status.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)In view of the current difficulties in obtaining science and technology projects resources,the user requirements and functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail by investigating the current situation of several start-up incubator enterprises on the spot.Then a set of resource pool construction scheme of multi-source and heterogeneous science and technology project resources collection,processing and storage is designed.(2)A number of websites that published scientific and technology project resources are selected and the corresponding web crawler is achieved by using Web Magic framework.A timing incremental crawler task management platform is realized by improving Gather Platform open-source platform,which resolves the management problem of multiple web crawler tasks.(3)The construction of resource pool is realized,including using the technology of text classification to complete the resource identification of science and technology projects,and realize the cleaning from data to resources.The document structure is reconstructed by using the method of structure tree based on the title template library,and the topic of the application guide of special projects is decomposed in combination with the resource identification module.Then the attributes from the obtained notices,declaration guides and subjects are extracted.Finally,the structured resources are persisted.(4)The Spring Boot framework is used to implement the science and technology project resource pool system.The full-text retrieval and intelligent recommendation function are realized by the elasticsearch engine.The qualification detection function is realized by condition judgment.The front-end page is completed by using thmeleaf,and then the data is loaded dynamically by using Ajax technology.Combined with the ECharts framework,a variety of visual charts are provided to help the users analyze and make decisions.
