By following the J2EE standard, and using MVC design pattern andSSH strut. The technology of Struts, JSP and AJAX was mainly used on thepresentation layer, while the business layer utilized the Spring, EJB methods, and theHibernate was applied in the data persistence layer. The chief function of this systemare the pre-final accounts management of project funding, the calculation of fundusing, the integration of Gold Abacus Financial software, the funding report of eachunit, the automatic statistics of data gathered by each unit.The design and the realizing of the system combine physical demand of BASTwith the implementation of technology. Analyzing the business requirement andoverall requirement of the system, the researchers designed the strut of the system.Then, starting from the each unit, they analyzed the relation of each systems whichnavigates for the development direction of the design and the realizing of this system.The analysis and research of this subject, in the current stage and later project ofinformatization of implementation of reference, at the same time, make the whole castinformation personnel in the system design and implementation of information system,how to carry on the demand analysis, structure design and how to realize how toprovide some guidance.
