The Design And Realization Of Science And Technology Novelty Search Management System

Science and technology novelty search is an important information consulting services, which provides an objective evaluation basis for research project undertaken, patent applications and so on. In recent years, with the novelty search rapid development, applying information technology to improve the Novelty Search work efficiency, to reduce labor intensity, to ensure the Novelty Search quality become a top priority.Quoting the example of the novelty search institution of Central South University, the paper analyzed the existing primary problems in current novelty search work, put forward the objective of novelty search information management system which was analyzed, designed and developed through applying modern software engineering thoughts and technologies. The paper analyzed novelty search workflow using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), determined the participants in the novelty research management information system and established a use case diagram model according to the functional requirements of various participants. In addition, the article adopted the B/S network architecture and made a stratified development of the system based on SSH framework to reduce the system’s coupling degree for reusing software. With above effort, the paper expounded the functional structure and hierarchy design and divided the system into three subsystems, among which the article made a detailed functional analysis and established a class diagram and a sequence diagram model to the online commissioned subsystem and novelty search process subsystemIn order to improve the performance of the system, AJAX technology was used on the client to enhance the WEB application. EasyUI components based on jQuery were used to construct a unified, smart and well interactive user interface. Based on analysis and comparison, appropriate document processing technology was adopted to generate novelty search contracts and reports. Besides, system safety design was used to improve the safety of system through patterns like role-based access control and permissions verification and so on.Finally, the paper expounded the SSH framework integration, security access, AJAX technology, document processing function, EasyUI components, and other key technology in the novelty search management information system implementation of the specific application mode, the results of the system running showed that it can improve the efficiency and promote the further development of the novelty search work.
