Design And Implementation Of Science And Technology Project Funds Management System Based On JavaEE

In With the continuous growth of China’s science and technology funding,science and technology expenditures are rising, how to manage and use science andtechnology funds is a very important issue facing the management of science andtechnology funds. At present, the State Ministry of science and technology has setup the national sci-tech budgets reporting system, at the same time，they hasorganized concerned experts to discuss the sci-tech funds management basicinformation platform many times.It is known that the provincial sci-tech planprojects of the budget management system development work has been carried out inmost of provinces throughout our country.According to the actual situation of our province sci-tech project fundsmanagement, and by using modern information technology means and computertechnology, we set up sci-tech projects based on B/S mode, moreover we built thesystem of outlay management,and it is convenient to declare、manage、budget、examine and approval the project online. Finally we can achieve the purpose ofsimplify the approval process and optimize process service，so then we can avoid orreduce repetitive declaration and repetitive initiation. we can also strengthen themanagement of track efficiencies, at the same time, we can make sci-tech projectmanagement work more convenient,safe and accurate implementation, therebysecurity sci-tech projects and founds management scientific,standardized and highlyefficient.This paper focuses on design and implementation of the science andtechnology project funds management system.In this article, describes the sources of the subject, background significance,research status at home and abroad, presented research ideas; presents the majordevelopment platforms and technologies, focusing on analysis of Java EE platform,MVC design pattern, B/S architecture, Ajax technology in this system application. the system structure of sci-tech project funds management and the application ofAjax technology in this system are mainly discussed, and we also analyzesarchitecture of the Ajax technology and MVC model in sci-tech project fundsmanagement system.By describing the management module, engineering process、analysis requirements of the system design, the user design requirements of systemdesign、the user design requirements、the user permissions and the correspondingfunctions and operations; this paper analyzes the application ofMVC model, Ajax technology in the system and in the Web and how to improve theuser experience.The main modules of this system has the project application module, projectaudit module, project management module, fund management module, realize thescience and technology project budget/entry and query function of budgetaryestimate, inquiry function of project funds and approval status. To provideconvenience for users or managements dealing with scientific andtechnological project budget/budget information. To promote scientific andtechnological project funds management more scientific, standardized, and in order toestablish a more comprehensive and scientific project funds management system tolay a foundation for the technical foundation.
