With the development of the computer-related technology,the material warehouse management system in the military grain depot management has become large increasingly.In the daily,it has strong demand in the procurement of goods,sales,transfers,storage,etc.and ensures the efficiency and utilization of corporate materials.Internet of Things technology in the continuous development of today,based warehouse management RFID technology has been applied constantly,but on the application point of view,it is only in the material itself or increase the storage shelf RFID tag,but the operation is still predominantly done,degree of automation is not high,which is what we consider to solve the problem.This article focuses on the design and implementation of automated materials warehouse management based on RFID technology.In the realization of functions,including warehouse storage of materials management,a database management function,shift library management and inventory management functions.In warehouse management,design combined with advanced warehouse management capabilities of RFID technology to achieve a fully automated design and implementation of material management,in order to automate the warehouse out of storage management,innovation in the following three points:First,in addition to the material itself,the installation of RFID tags outside,while we in the underground warehouse in each location and position of each location doors buried RFID tag,which is to mark the label and location of doors at the same time be able to read the label buried in the ground,to be verified whether the irregularities occurred,that is,whether the truck to take supplies in accordance with the mission plan and whether the correct library from the goalkeeper out of supplies.Second,we design clever on the forklift RFID reader device installed,the truck can read RFID tag supplies and buried in the ground to verify RFID tag.Third,in the statistical analysis,the system through the whole process of data collection out of storage,and gradually form a large data sources,the establishment of a personnel performance analysis model,to achieve enhance the effectiveness of the work of personnel,and sales through the Internet to obtain information,to provide decision-makers the necessary decision support.Through the above innovative means,such that the truck can achieve automatic supplies out of storage operations,warehouse management in large part to facilitate the operator,the operator saves time,but also further reduces the possibility of erroneous operation.In practice,the previous way of contrast out of storage,out of storage efficiency by more than 2 times,while the probability of error is zero.In addition,materials warehouse management systems herein may also achieve the following functions:User Management Function,Material Management Function,Report Management Function,Stock Analysis Function and System Printing Function.
