With the rise and development of German industrial 4.0,China accordingly put forward the "made in China 2025" industrial advancement strategy.At the same time the construction of the modern industry need to apply more advanced technology and efficient production management mode,and with the rise of the Internet of things,as one of the four key technologies of the Internet of things,the RFID technology is a new technology for modern information management system.It has been widely used in many aspects,such as retail,transportation,enterprise information and so on,facing drastic market competition,the material management system based on RFID technology will gradually get more extensive application.It can implement non-contact automatic identification of materials,and store large amounts of information,has good reliability,and can realize instantaneous bulk materials data to read.It is applied to ship material management system,that will contribute to upgrade the efficient management and optimization of materials for the ship enterprises,and the meaning for shipping industry is obvious.In this paper,the concept,composition and working principle of RFID technology and application fields and so on has been made a detail description,and aiming at RFID tags possible interference or collision problems to make theoretical research and simulation,to make a further improvement for the corresponding algorithm.The RFID is applied in the information management system of shipping goods at the same time,getting involved in how to optimize the mass data storage and processing and other related problems,and the relational database storage and cloud storage solutions are put forward,an analysis of the application of data storage and processing was made,the corresponding cloud storage configuration was made and the operational environment was set up,a contrast test on storage performance was made.From this paper,considering the demand analysis of system,the.NET platform for the system designing was applied.By analyzing the functions and characteristics of the system that needs implement,the overall architecture was established.In this paper,the functional modules of the system was specifically designed for development,including material inventory and data management and so on.After the system module framework was made,the Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 integrated development tools was used for the concrete design and development,and the connection with the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database was made,the related data tables was established,and specific E-R relation model was presented,the C#was used as development language for the system,the system has carried on the preliminary development and function realization,and the functional test was implemented.
