In the past, the clothing washing in our country has been managed in the mode of self-configuration and self-services. With the growing economy, this management system was not adapted to the rapid development of economic system. In addition, many hospitals, to seek a higher efficiency, try to take this opportunity to bring this service to pubic.This paper introduces an automatic clothing inventory classification system using an ultra-high frequency(UHF) RFID chip. It is able to classify inventory of clothing using handheld devices and special device, and to record the processes of wash clothing and disinfection automatically. The main innovatory work are listed as follows:1. In this paper, RFID-based laundry management system is designed. The system is based on windows platform, combined with C# software to write data acquisition program. It can ensure an accurate inventory of the number, and it is convenient to read the chip to achieve informations. To facilitate real-time tracking of the laundry, Then the collected data is stored into the database.2. Complete the node server and tunnel counting system software development. The development of node server system using Microsoft visual studio 2010. Through the establishment of a number of barrier forms,According to the demand of the system in the form of writing different methods. Added in the form of different controls to produce relevant interface,Through the button to add related events and programming. This washing system mainly includes registered clothing, clothing inventory check, clothing, clothing classified several big modules, customer management and system Settings.3. Complete the design of the system database. The system used is SQL SERVER 2008,by analyzing the needs of the database to establish a database of concept model and relational model. The database design mainly includes the following aspects: choose the appropriate database management system, design database, To store and manage chip information about themselves, clothing information recorded in the chip, clothing and other management information. Achieve washing company management, hospital customer management,category management clothing, washed reconciliation process management and billing management. The main system tables including tables Chip ID, table Custom, table Warehouse,Handset table etc.4. Realization handheld database and synchronizes the local database. Install IIS controls structures synchronization environment on a PC. By creating sql server 2005 data release, after setting permissions,to create a database snapshot publication, Finishing the IIS Web remote synchronization. Handheld database and the merge replication technology can realize the exchange of data between the local database and provide the mechanism of resolve the data conflict.
