| With the development of domestic and foreign aviation industry, the expansion of airlines and the increase of aircraft types, airlines face the grim situation of the expansion of aviation material management, detailed division of labor and higher service requirements.Therefore, the system optimization, management strengthen, efficiency improvement is a necessary requirement of scientific development for airlines. In response to these issues,combined with the characteristics of the domestic aviation material management, this paper proposes the establishment of a database of aviation materials based on RFID and data mining,RFID and data mining are used in the application of aviation material management. The main results of this paper are:1. Analysis of the characteristics of aviation material management system, the functional requirements and the performance requirements. Digest and absorb the advanced management concepts, optimize the process of aviation material management, reduce intermediate links,airlines achieve a reasonable, scientific and efficient management of aviation materials.Improve the economic efficiency of the airline in the premise of ensuring aircraft airworthiness and information traceability. Use UML modeling tool to establish the system model, determine design and architecture of the overall system. Determine the need of data tables and establish entity E-R diagram of each table. On this basis, complete the establishment of the database.2. Combined with RFID devices, developed aviation material management system client applications in vs2008 environment, including the system login, data collection, storage management, order management, sales management, basic information maintenance, data analysis and other functional modules. The system uses RFID technology to achieve the automation of air materiel procurement, storage, outbound, inventory, repair and information inquiry, facilitate the administrators’ ability to query and control the flow of air material; the system Uses data mining technology to analysis of large amounts of data in-depth, provide decision support for decision-makers to improve the automation and intelligence of air material management.The system covers the main business of aviation material management. Optimize the work processes of the aviation management. Ensure the efficient operation of the aviation materiel business processes, timely and accurate grasp of the aviation material information.This system improves the protection rate of aviation materials and reduces inventory, thereby increases the economic benefits of aviation material management. |
