Personnel management is an essential part of enterprise management,file,save,and analysis of personnel information can more effectively improve work efficiency.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of the current enterprise personnel management,improve enterprise efficiency,for enterprise leadership talent planning,development of a set of effective personnel management system is the problem to be solved.This system based on C/S mode,the use of Microsoft's new generation of WPF graphics system has realized the friendly interface,superior performance of the user interface;Order to provide a simple WEB API,reusable data interface,convenient development personnel development and debugging;Using SQL Server database to store information,to ensure the safety,stability and security of the data storage;Using the Entity Framework processing data persistence,the complex data model easy to operate,and easy to understand.This system was designed and implemented the seven major module module,including "rights management module","department information management module","personnel information management module","recruitment management module","attendance management module","salary management module","training management module,etc.This system for different business to business management,simplifies the complexity of the personnel management,and implements the data information sharing in the enterprise,to speed up the information transmission,enhance the efficiency of the personnel management of the enterprise.In addition,this system for a variety of statistical analysis of the necessary information to provide for the reference of decision,the formulation and implementation in line with the talent planning for the development of the company.
