With the continuous development in the area of Computer-aided Office, using samrt softwares to replace the old personnel management system(PMS) becomes particularly urgent.The PMS enables companies to complete the complex work with the most simple operation,liberating the administrators and employees from simple iterant labor.Particularly for theose companies with high staff-turnover and unfixed working-hour,it’s quite necessary to customize a PMS.The PMS of Hangzhou Gerong Consulting in this thesis is proposed based on the actual needs of the company’s business, developed according to the specific requirements of the company’s personnel management,designed and realized in the process of continious explor among the staff. This PMS therefore can not only meets the needs of ordinary employees,but also achieve humanized management combining the actal work. It consists of six major modules, which are log management module, employees turnover management module, employee work management module, employee salary management module, employee data management module,and employee attendance management module.The six modules make the company’daily operations more efficient.The PMS of Hangzhou Gerong Consulting uses C/S structure,combining various departments with the forms of terminal, while distinguishing them in the system according to different work. The system is developed on Microsoft’s Visual Studio2010which has good compatibility and simple interface. Microsoft’s Visual Studio2010is well compatible with the database of SQL Server2008, which provides maximum support for the system development.The PMS of Hangzhou Gerong Consulting realizes the information management of basic personnel work. The personnel staff can timely and easily aquire the various data of employees and convinently manage the personnel activities,which greatly improves the work efficiency of the company’s personnel work and saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
