With the development of science and technology, personnel managementinformation and information type is more and more, the business flow of work isbecoming complex. Based on artificial processing mode and the management of singletraditional pattern already cannot adapt to meet the new situation the need of personnelmanagement, computer network technology will be introduced in the personnelmanagement, combined with the new management concept of human resources, takefull advantage of modern information processing technology, the management oftechnological innovation, convenient and efficient management of modern technologyhas become an inevitable trend of the Personnel Information Management.This thesis takes personnel management of Shenyang Conservatory of MusicInstitute of Art as an instance. Design and development of Shenyang Conservatory ofMusic Personnel Management System based on the Microsoft Visual C++under theMFC framework to build a set based on B/S&C/S mixed architecture mode personnelmanagement information system model after fully considering their business processesand characteristics of research. Thesis elaborated in the analysis of the three-tierstructure of the client layer, application layer and data layer, the system design andimplementation process, the needs of the personnel management system analysis,functional design, and based on the SQL Server2000database design focuses on focuson access control and system security issues, and other personnel management systemin the past, and solutions specifically designed for this purpose.In fully considering the system designed "design modular, function, humanized,personalized service and management modernization and scientific decision", thesystem design includes basic information management of university personnel, labormanagement, teacher management system management important link as a unifiedsystem module design, data standard, system to achieve a simple personnel informationresources sharing and summary, concise and practical function. More traditionalpersonnel file management existence, greatly standardizes the personnel andsynchronize the overall process of information collection, processing, and effectivelyimprove the query comprehensive information such as the operation speed of execution.In accordance with the design of the load on the personnel management system, easy tooperate, to provide effective means of information management and advanced operating mechanism, and use the K-means clustering algorithm analysis personnel attendancerecord information reflected in the actual problem in our school, the management of thepersonnel department style simplicity, not only make the personnel departmentmanagers to effectively ease the work pressure, can also have a greatly enrich ourschool office. In addition to the statistical data of this system can be for the developmentof school decision-making departments to provide objective reference Suggestions.The existing parts business of daily personnel management of School of Art inShenyang Conservatory of Music (South Campus) has been applied by the developmentsystem function modules of our system in the thesis. The system function designcomprehensive selection of relatively mature technology, effectively ensure the system’sthe largest in the nonfunctional requirements. The final version of the deployedapplication system will enhance the level of information management in our school andprovide valuable reference and guidance for other information construction of collegesand universities.
