Research And Implementation Of The Management Of Special Personnel Data Based On Big Data

With the increasing number of special personnel and the increasingly complex business needs,traditional data warehouses are no longer able to meet the demand for large data volumes.The leadership of the special personnel management organization hopes to obtain useful information from the large amount of data of the existing system and guide the special personnel management decision of the organization.On this basis,the project establishes a special personnel data management system for the existing businesses.Special personnel data for the operating system is integrated,stored,processed,and analyzed.This paper first introduces the key technologies used in the big data-based special personnel data management system,including Hadoop's distributed file system HDFS,MapReduce parallel processing programming framework,Hive data warehouse and Sqoop data migration tools,and these technologies.The advantages in the system of this article.Secondly,the overall design of the system was carried out.The special personnel data management system is mainly divided into three modules:a data integration module,a data storage and processing module,and a data display module.Hadoop/Hive is used as the basic construction framework of the system.The data is imported into HDFS through ETL process.The data is processed by HiveQL,which is provided by Hive.The MapReduce calculation framework is used to analyze the data efficiently.Finally,the analysis will be carried out.The result data is exported to the MySql result library using the Sqoop data migration tool,and the data visualization tool Tableau is used to visualize the data.Finally,the optimization scheme of the system is discussed,and the test scheme is designed and the test environment is built.The superiority of the system based on big data and the feasibility and effectiveness of the system optimization are verified.
