Personnel Management System Design And Implementation

Secondly, analyze thedemand of employee management system, main functions and core procedure ofit.Afterwards, design the structure of systems with the application of technologiesrelated to J2EE system and Struts-Spring-Hibernate integrated structure on the basis oftechnical proposal analysis of management systems and logical structure of systems.Based on above mentioned, detailedly design and realize main modules of EnterprisePersonnel Management System，including system management, personnel management,salary management, attendance management and inquiry statistics.Based on J2EE technology, this system merges agile development methodstogether and completes the system test. This system can accomplish the entire processof personnel management，help HR department enhance their work efficiency，andrealize the systematization, standardization and automation of enterprise personnelinformation management with simple system interface.This enterprise employee management system uses Struts-Spring-Hibernateintegrated structure and divides complex function modules into four structures, such asthe presentation layer, control layer, business tier, and persistence layer to lower thecomplexity of system development. Adoptive development technology complies withJ2EE specification, boosts the operation performance and safety performance of thesystem, and is convenient for maintenance in operating period.
