With the increasing of the metropolitan population and increasing transport pressure of ground public facilities, the feature that high carrying capacity, efficient route planning,operation time quasi of the subway are gradually emerged, leading the mainstream of passenger transport. During the course of operation, the temperature of the axle will be increased to a certain extent due to the long time friction. When the axle temperature increases fast, it means that there may be a breakdown of the axle. If the fault is not ruled out in time, it may cause hot axle phenomenon, and bring the serious security threats to the running of the train. Therefore, it demands to do research on monitoring subway axle real-time temperature.This thesis uses ZigBee wireless communication technology, wireless sensor network technology and computer technology to design an online monitor system for the Metro axle temperature. The system is aimed to design a part of the realization of the temperature monitoring, transmitting and receiving of the axle joint. The axle joint is used to measure the temperature of the axle in real time, and send the temperature data to the controller part through the CC2530 module. Considering at the portability of axle nodes, the system uses battery as power supply, and the energy consumption of the whole axle node should be as low as possible, when it is not need to perform the operation system, the axle nodes can keep low power operation, and recovery when needed. The controller structure mainly includes the detection value receiving module CC2530 and temperature value processing module MSP430 MCU.This thesis designs the temperature acquisition node of crankcase temperature through the feasibility analysis and requirements analysis, and designs an interface for the concentrator,and sends collected information to the concentrator to be processed. The system is completed and debugged, it can realize real-time acquisition and transmission of the axle temperature,which lays the foundation for the later development and the research of the temperature acquisition system for the whole axle. The performance testing of the late system shows that the system has achieved the expected requirements in the aspects of data transmission quality,communication stability and node energy consumption.
