In recent years, in view of the emergent environmental and energy problems, people focus to the research and utilization of renewable energy represented by PV (Photovoltaic) power generation. During the expansion of PV industry, higher request is put forward to different technical fields. To perfect monitoring solutions of the household BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic, abbreviated as BIPV), this article chose wireless remote transmission and intelligent as the breakthrough point to start the BIPV monitoring system design and research, then imitated the BIPV system of households use to realized the scheme design, practical operation and theoretical simulation, which had a certain theoretical and practical significance.Upon the basis of completing, then by analysing and selecting the concrete technology which realized different functions of the system, this paper determined the concrete implementation scheme which was divided to two large pieces. In the aspect of hardware design, there was a construction of the experimental platform in data collection which simulated in BIPV system of households use, some circuit principle diagram and PCB design to built GPRS module, ZigBee module and main control module around SIM900A, CC2530 and STM32F103VET6 chips. Problems was solved during the hardware design. In the aspect of software design, data acquisition, module networking, equipment connection, protocol establishment, data collecting and sending, and other functions of programming and software implementation were all completed by studying and using technical manuals and related tutorials.Finally, a comprehensive debugging was operated to the system, the result reflects a mass of good performances such as a accurate of data, stable connection, sensitive response, open book. It could monitor data and alarm users in time when fault occured, also could control equipment as well through the human-computer interaction UI. At the end of the article, to make the system by joining the theory part of the intelligent, namely photovoltaic reconstruction theory and new ways of generating capacity forecasting research, it was proved that they had good performances through the theory of simulation and could provide the possibility of further follow-up hardware implementation.
