In petrochemical industry the equipment is large, device is complex, re-production task is heavy, the existing means of safety information is backward, and the management is difficult, particularly the production materials are special, in the event of leakage the accident is extremely hazardous. After the accident, it is imperative to monitor the scene of the accident using the information technology means of a reliable and stable transmission surveillance system, effectively to improve the level of collecting the leaking gas information timely and accurately, while it is also an effective method to improve the management and accident rescue.In this paper, researched the node of wireless gas sensor and developed the gas collection and wireless transmission circuit module based on Zigbee network technology. The main work and achivements of this paper are as follows:(1) Summarized the principles of gas sensors, types and application of occasions, the common type of signal amplification circuit and the main parameters of the op amp chip uses should pay attention to, commonly used in radio frequency wireless transmission technology and chips and so on, laid a solid theoretical foundation for the design of the gas detection circuit.(2) Designed the hardware of the wireless gas sensor, such as sensor circuit module,measuring circuit module,control and transmission module,power module and so on. The hardware circuit with high accuracy, wide range, universal and strong ability to capture the gas concentration.(3) Based on the hardware design of the sensor, programmed the features such as AD converter module,wireless transmission module,UART transmission module,power-delay module and so on. Introduced Zigbee software and operating system processes and Z-Stack protocol, completed the integration of each functional module. Complete signal conversion, wireless transmitter and the function of communication with the host computer.(4) Tested the hardware and software, Summed up the problems in circuit debugging and Notes. Obtained the experimental data and achieved the desired effect.
