The Design And Implementation Of Bank Performance Assessment System

With the wide use of performance assessment system, many companies use it toaccomplish employees’ performance’s assessment, which helps improve employees’enthusiasm and performance. Many corporations have established assessment systemsappropriate to themselves, using different technology. This paper studies bankperformance assessment system, which is based on the requirements of banks.The system can be parted into8sections, including operating agency and branchpresident assessment, sales supervisor and client manager assessment, front deskteller and head office department assessment, bank clerk’s violation integration andcustomer analysis. Each section is for different assessment, but their cooperationconstitutes a whole system. Therefore, the paper consists of following parts.First, the background and the research status of important technologies and somebasic concepts of related technologies are introduced. The background is mainly aboutthe application of performance assessment, while the related technology conceptsdirect at terminologies set out in this system, ETL, the basic concepts of authorizationmanagement and data consistency technology.Second, the framework and detail design are explained. The framework isdesigned according to the requirement analysis and is divided into8modules. Thesystem flow consists of data processing and business assessment flow, while the detaildesign is mainly about the introduction of8modules’ function and datasheet design.Third, a new authorization management model is proposed. To multilevel usermanagement and bank clerks’ playing different role in different time, this paperproposes a new TSRBAC, focusing on the EXR problem common RBAC can’t solve,to realize the permission use of EXR under the constraints of users’ time and space.Fourth, a new data consistency algorithm MRMQU is proposed. The algorithm isan improvement to the shortcoming of message queue and synchronous replicationupdates, which helps keep information the latest in message queue and solves bigmemory problems in synchronous replication updates, thus keeping data consistency.Finally, the paper has tested the system and has got test results. After introducingthe test theory, the test case for each module is written and the new model TSRBACand MRMQU are then tested with white testing. The test results have proved thesystem’s integrity and new algorithms’ superiority.
