Performance Assessment System is used to meet the need of examining the performance of all the staff in the shanghai pudong Development Bank Jinan Branch. At present, no matter the performance assessment system of major bank or the old one which was used by the jinan Branch is not fit for taking out of examining the work of employees at present. We have to restart to develop the new one for the need of check the job of employees. Though the core of system of our branch can meet the need of the performance which is face outside of branch,it help little with the work about the examine system for it only supplise the part of data which will be added , be adjust and then be counted so as to be asked.The paper is in the traditional way named waterfall model with the main language of UML as the analyze language ,added with the resemble the langluge of XML as describing the logical instruct of work,meanwhile, the paper describe the require and the analyze of the need and the design. The page showout is uesd to the structure of the web form. The administration of system is used as the structure of CS .And we make the efficacious model to deal with the exchanged need in some level,to meet the professional work.Meanwhile,the system make use of the old system and the old software environment as far as i can,because it can save the invest.The paper analyzes the background of the performance assessment system and the present conditions of development insides and outsides of country ,and it describes the main problem which i met and solved ,and it generally describes the system in the whole,and it detailly describes the mathe model corperated with the actuality of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank jinan Branch,and it carefully describes the analyze of the need and design,and it also describes the technique and way about the key problem.The key probles i have be solved:1. The design of develop processAt first, design the structure .then design the model .Decide which one is used and which one is deleted for fitting the need2. Forms for reporting statistics by priority and conditionAccording to the priority ,automaticly make the menu with structure of CS/BS can issue by web ,can show up in forms of graph ,like chart and so on,can output in many forms ,like turning graph into text and excel and others3. CS and BS struct with interfaceAccording to the need of foundation, the system supplies the progressing interface4. Intall and backup the softwareThrough developing this system, these operators can be released from complex woking environment, reducing the rate of error-operating, improving the nicety of Assessment, it is important to judge fairly the outstanding achievements of all the staff and the departments and to develop largely all kind of work to make the work healthily, continuely, fastly. Acroding to the development of the bank, the bank continues to perfect the performance assessment system for examine of the perfermance as same as the target of bank.
