As the rapidly development of the society and economy,high-speed rail has been slowly melting into the daily life of the Chinese people,but security-related issues much-needed to be solved.MEMS sensor t echnology are especially suitable for Security test of high-speed rail,the rapidly development of the MEMS acceleration sensor test system is of great significance to to ensure the safety of rail transportation.This ar ticle introduced the MEMS acceleration sensor test platform control system of the current situation of devel opment and how to implement the MEMS acceleration sensor test,This paper describes and validates the f easibility of using the motion control card to realize the precise angle control,building the software interfac e design to ensure the completion of static acceleration test after the completion of the hardware pl atform.The operation interface is programmed With microsoft visual c++ 6.0.The servomotor is drived by the parameters of the pulses and the direction signals of the control card,control the direction of the servo m otor by using the movement function.Design a servo motor control system based on absolute position using computer,motion control card,servo driver,servo motor and other hardware.The acceleration test control pl atform rejects using proximity switch back to zero defect of the great error in the accident origin power los s.The servo motor can back to the starting point using RS422 electric cable and PCI-1245 L control card aft er power outage.Through the reasonable design on the hardware and using limiting filtering on the softwar e,we can weaken the radiation and cable interference problems in the data acquisition process and guarante e the reliability of the MEMS acceleration test system.we can also solve the problem of low accuracy of t he traditional acceleration sensor test and the complex operation in the process of human-computer interactio n interface,In the last,we can realize the servo motor come back to the starting point after power outage?the positive and negative rotation of the servo motor,the reset of the origin,the basic motor control functi on,system test,data display,temperature control and other important functions and finally developed a set of MEMS acceleration sensor test platform control system to achieve multi-channel acceleration sensor test.
