In numerical control (NC) system, the graphics produced by CAD need to cut in proportion with 1:1, so cutting machine is important output equipment in CAD/ CAM NC machining system.At present, most of cutting machines used in home are import equipments. These equipments'performances are fine, but the prices are expensive, and the after service is not prompt. There are only a few factories to manufacture cutting machines in the domestic market, for example: Jingwei NC equipment Co. Ltd. in Ningbo, Zhejiang and Aoke computer cutting equipment factury in Wenzhou. These facturies manufactured machincal equipments before, so they haven't the development technology of control kernel and the modul of control kernel is the third factury's producet. Most of control systems are based on single chip microcomputer (SCM) control. The machining speed and the machining precision are low, which isn't suitable with the development trend of NC high speed and high pricision. At the same time, NC cutting machine must be used with special CAD/CAM software, but there is few factory to study NC software technology.Combining NC technology with special CAD/CAM software, the title aims to develop a high-speed and high-precision NC cutting machine. The cutting machine supports HP-GL instruction and can cut any graph. The cutting machine has strong functions, friendly man-machine interface, simple operation and steady, safe and reliable performance. The cutting machine can be widely applied to the industries, for example: clothing, shoes and hat, leather, case and bag, also those industries of glass carve and engineering drawing.The control system adopts the scheme of"PC plus motion control card". The control system's process ability is improved because of PC with abundant resources. Many NC functions, as acceleration & deceleration control and interpolation control, can be realized because the motion control card offers abundant functions and library functions,. The development time is shorten.Using O-O technology on Windows operating system, the system software is designed in Visual C++ 6.0. For O-O technology has much advantage, the software program's readability, reliability, maintain-ability and reusability are boosted up much.The title's main work includes:(1) Demands of the control system are put forward after studying and comparing...
