As the development of the economy of our country,the industry is becoming moreand more automatic,intellgent and precise.It is necessary to upgrade our industrialstructure.In order to meet the needs of an enterprise,we designed a four-axis motioncontrol card that transfers data with PCI bus.According to the needs of the enterprise,we divide the motion card into fourmodules.It’s PCI module,DSP module,CPLD module,perpheral interface module.TheCPLD module actually has storage and real-time clock function.After designed thehardware,we designed the dynamic link library used in WINDOWS system to achiveour goals and then test the dynamic link library.At last,we proposed the next targets.Itmainly consists three objiectives.First,we need to master feedback compensationalgorithm.Second,we need to master interpolation algorithm.The last,we need to use thenew technology to achieve motion control.
