Industrial automation is conducive to the transformation of traditional industries,improves the overall quality of the manufacturing industry,promotes the economic development,and the level of its automation is also an important indicator to measure the whole synthesis strength of the country.At the same time,the high degree of automation must be based on the high reliability of the plant equipments,they must be able to work under high strength for a long time,this will require the work of equipments state real-time monitoring,to prevent accidents and reduce the losses,so as to improve the level and efficiency of manufacturing.The equipment monitoring systems of traditional wired network are often limited in practical applications by environmental constraints,disorder,difficult wiring,and high costs.So,it is particularly important to use wireless sensor network technology to design a storage and monitoring system for data acquisition and wireless transmission of industrial field equipments.Based on the background of pneumatic industry,this paper designs a multi-channel data acquisition system on wireless sensor networks for industrial field electronic products(such as electrical static eliminator,locator,etc.)work monitoring.This system can realize multi-node,multi-channel voltage data real-time acquisition,wireless transmission,classification storage functions,providing a new design idea for the running state monitoring of industrial automation products.Firstly,compared with the commonly used wireless communication methods,the ZigBee technology is considered to be the wireless communication transmission scheme,based on the analysis of the functional requirements,the whole design scheme of the system is put forward,and the design goals and the solutions are discussed.Secondly,the design requirements and objectives of each node in the system are analyzed in detail,the selection of the main control chip is completed through the comparison and analysis,designed the hardware circuit of the system,including the power circuit,data acquisition circuit,OLED display and key indicator circuits.Besides,the PCB of each node is designed and fabricated,and the hardware platform of the wireless data acquisition system is established.Then,the overall software framework of the system is proposed through the idea of hierarchical structure,the functions of the system software are summarized,and the frame structure of the communication data is designed.According to the Z-Stack protocol stack,completed the software design of each node,the coordinator node for networking and serial communication,the routing function of the router node,the terminal node for data acquisition and transmission and the battery voltage equalization and low voltage warning functions.Finally,the field parameter multi-channel data acquisition system based on wireless sensor network is constructed,and the system is debugged to realize the expected functions.The test of the system power consumption,networking and data transmission characteristics is completed,in addition the system is applied to the electric cylinder displacement test and verified the feasibility of the system.
