With the arrival of the explosive Internet of things era and the continuous progress of cloud computing technology which combined with big data,as well as the commercial application of the fifth generation mobile communication technology,the application and demand of the interconnection of everything will be gradually realized.At the same time,it has become an inevitable trend of agricultural modernization at home and abroad to transform traditional agriculture to intelligent agriculture by using Internet of things technology and build intelligent agricultural system.Soil moisture content in the field of intelligent agriculture,through various types of sensors,make agricultural greenhouse controlled and monitoring,application of high and new technology in information processing and agricultural greenhouse facilities combined with each other,can obtain relative real-time production situation,timely forecast and solve the hidden trouble existing in the agricultural production,make it possible to shed intelligent management,to improve the level of agricultural production and management decision-making,to ensure the quality of food production,alleviate the situation of human effort.Wireless sensor network with the characteristics of miniaturization,integration and high reliability has unique advantages in the intelligent management and monitoring of large-scale agricultural shed facilities.Combined with the field greenhouse planting environment and various controllable facilities,based on the advanced ZigBee technology to form the wireless sensor network near the bottom communication local area network,with lower power consumption,more convenient networking,network more robust and other excellent characteristics.According to the application demand analysis of the actual functions of the field greenhouses,a set of ZigBee-based wireless sensor terminal is designed to realize the all-round intelligent management and monitoring of large-scale agricultural greenhouses.The following is the main content of this design:(1)Monitoring for large agricultural greenhouse production process to the diversification of environmental parameters and many kinds controlled equipment,built with ZigBee as the underlying communication networks,embedded microcontroller processor STM32F103VET6,4G DTU Module and the terminal server Console application as the core drive components such as a large agricultural greenhouse data acquisition,transmission and managelent of the terminal.The development and design of embedded hardware circuit and the selection of various types of sensors are introduced in detail.In addition,for the power supply problem(Solar power supply)existing in large outdoor agricultural sheds,specific solutions to power protection and EMI problems are provided based on practical problems.(2)Introduced the software program u-Vision integrated development environment MDK-arm;Embedded microprocessor in the terminal for each module function written by the driver logic code;Server Console application terminal software implementation;Standard based on IoT communication MQTT(lightweight,flexible network protocol)self-developed private communication protocol.(3)It verifies the requirement that the terminal can operate stably in large agricultural sheds and complete real-time,remote and automatic monitoring.In the running process of the whole machine has carried on the system level software and hardware joint debugging,including application server Console terminal of the various parameters of the relative monitoring effect,ZigBee and 4G network communication under the smooth general characteristic and stability of the system of communication,the accuracy of the information collected by the sensors and relative facilities issued instructions to the system of rapid response.This design starts from the actual problems that need to be solved immediately in the modernization process of large-scale agricultural sheds,from the real-time monitoring of on-site production envirorunental parameters and the rapid control of infrastructure to the intelligent management of remote servers.Through the analysis and research of the structural requirements in practice,the wireless sensor information network was established by using ZigBee wireless communication technology to realize the comprehensive intelligent management and monitoring of large-scale agricultural shed facilities,and the actual running state was debugged for a long time.These works have practical guiding significance for the design and application of future wireless sensor networks combined with innovative technologies.
