| University dormitory is the home for students during school. Only this home is secure, comfortable, can it create a good living environment to learn and supply a better career for students.ZigBee is a kind of newly arisen wireless communication technology.It has the characteristics of close quarters of communicating,low complexity, low power,low speed, shorter delay, low cost. Now, ZigBee technology has been in the wireless sensor networks,this is having wide application within home control and industrial control and monitoring.The research object of paper is the environment monitoring system in dormitory. This paper has designed and achieved a kind of environment monitoring system based on ZigBee Wireless Network technology. The system includes hardware system and application software system.Hardware system and software system are the main point in this paper. In the hardware system, modules mechanism is used, and some communication protocols are adopted between modules if intercommunication is required, these make the system easier to maintain and upgrade. The hardware system includes wireless communication module and sensor module. In the wireless communication module, CC2430 is used as RF chip which supported by necessary circuitries to provide interfaces for the communication between other modules and itself. In the sensor module, STC90LE58AD40I is used as the controller which collects all kinds of sensors' data. Lastly the paper designs the software system. In this system, modules mechanism is used too. Software system includes wireless communication module, sensor module and management center.Compared with the traditional methods, this system has many merits, such as less wiring work, easier maintenance, higher precision, better expansibility and flexibility. It can be easily used in the practical applications. After the preliminary design and implementation, the system checked by running test has basically achieved the intended purpose. |
