This dissertation derives from the PetroChina Innovation Foundation project (No.2010D-5006-0703), and designs a kind of data acquisition system of oilfield based on ZigBee technology. There are mainly three parts in this system, which are wireless sensor network, gateway and the remote monitoring center. The node of wireless sensor network collects data including the temperature, humidity, smoke, infrared, loading and shift of the oil pumping unit, voltage of the node device. The gateway can transmit data from data concentrator of wireless sensor network to the remote sensor monitoring center through GSM.This dissertation firstly introduces ZigBee protocol specification, then, transplants an embeded operation system into the gateway device, finally, details how to make the sensor devices acquire date based on Z-Stack. In order to ensure the stability, reliability, low latency in the process of data transmission, this dissertation optimizes the wireless sensor network. For the question that all sensor nodes use the same router as the parent device, the dissertation improves the network topology. For the question that the data concentrator within the wireless sensor network can’t work because of power-fail or other reasons, this dissertation designs the trigger mechanism to set rapidly any other routers as a new data concentrator.In the end, the full text is summarized, and the deficiencies are given. |
