In the new era of the twenty-first Century, along with the development of computer technology and the popularization, the various aspects of computer and network technology applied to people’s lives has become represent the general trend. With the rapid development of computer technology tide, more and more become the company examination system of computer management is a good helper for the tobacco companies in Weifang, based on, how efficient the tobacco companies internal staff personal assessment, assessment of departments, the examination, a single customer profitability management, become a big problem in corporate management. In this case,design a new office business process automation, intelligent analysis, scientific macro management mode has become the inevitable demand of each unit, the tobacco companies performance appraisal system to facilitate the management of the company’s internal management personnel to staff assessment information.Performance appraisal is the basis to ensure the effectiveness of enterprise human resources management. On the one hand, through the performance appraisal, can provide distribution basis for good employee performance gain high reward, specific measures can feedback to employees to improve work, can provide the basis for the establishment of communication channels and trust relationship between managers and employees; on the other hand, through the performance appraisal, can guide the staff guidance along the enterprise target direction work, implementation can improve business efficiency and business objectives. In addition, performance appraisal can also become managers effective tools for recruitment and selection, training and daily management of staff; can provide effective support for staff development and occupation training.Weifang city tobacco companies performance appraisal management for this system, through a comprehensive understanding and quantification of performance evaluation indicators, to achieve the establishment of performance appraisal of comprehensive management information system. Through the improvement of the establishment of the performance evaluation index system and management system, to strengthen the Weifang tobacco companies management, improve employee job enthusiasm, establish effective incentive regulation mechanism, havevery important significance to improve the management efficiency and effect. The performance appraisal management system including the system home pagesettings, performance evaluation, performance appraisal rules set up work flow,data information collection, statistical data analysis and evaluation of comprehensive information five modules and the corresponding many small modules, to meet the needs of different levels and the level of management, system settings, flexible, able to meet and support different performance appraisal and performance management mode, which can implement the standardization of performance management, also support the assessment scoring voting performance evaluation. The content of this thesis is discussed according to the actual system development program and design, the design of the system includes maintenance application system development and database development as well as the background.
