ABSTRACT:Along with the press industry reform, book market competition becomes increasingly fierce. More and more publishing enterprise's management received a daunting challenges, and the employee's competence and vigor has become the foundation of the enterprise development impetus.This article focus on staff incentive mechanism, choose the leader of the publishing industry in China for samples-M publishing group. Firstly, the article introduces the background, discusses the concept of incentive mechanism, etc. Then discusses the western classic incentive theory and domestic current research status of incentive mechanism of the publishing industry. In this theory basis, from M publishing group situation, through the questionnaire survey forms, after a series of investigation, statistics, analysis, fully investigate the needs of group's employees expect. Analysis M publishing group's existing problems in the current incentive mechanism systematically.
