Research Of Zhuhai College Of Jilin University Library Participating In The Community Public Cultural Service

With the social and economic progress,the Building of Public Cultural Service System of China has been developing soundly and vigorously.As the Building of Public Cultural Service System has been developing progressively in depth,the content of Public Cultural Service is being enriched.The State provides guidance and encouragement to all social resources to take part in the Public Cultural Service.Promoting the development of the socialization of the Public Cultural Service,that is the inherent requirement of an accelerating Building of Public Cultural Service System.If Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library could take an active part in the Public Cultural Service and become a part of the multi-prong cooperation network which consists of the Government,the Public Sectors and the Social Resources,then the concept and requirement of Modern Cultural Administration can be well reflected.This is a paper about the analysis and research of Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library participating in Community Public Cultural Service.This paper is composed of six chapters.Chapter 1 discusses the background,the theme and the meaning of the topic of this paper.It introduces the current status,thoughts,methods and innovations of the domestic and foreign research.Chapter 2 uses the method of online survey to investigate the current status of the domestic university library's participation in the Community Public Cultural Service.It then proposed the inspirations that come from the conclusions of the survey and the foreign university's successful experience.Chapter 3 analyses the current status of Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library participating in Community Public Cultural Service.This chapter,first analyses the orientation of the independent colleges in China,the special nature of the independent colleges library participating in Community Public Cultural Service,and,introduces a brief survey and the characteristics of the development of Zhuhai College of Jilin University.It then points out the necessities and feasibility of Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library's participation in Community Public Cultural Service and it's advantages.Finally,it analyzes the status of the participation.Chapter 4,an empirical analysis using the method of questionnaire is made,which is on the influence factors of Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library participating in Community Public Cultural Service.Chapter 5,according to the New Public Administration theory,and using the method of questionnaire,this chapter analyzes the problems and the reasons encountered by The Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library during its participation in Community Public Cultural Service.Chapter 6,with the research conclusions of the previous chapters,the author constructs a complete framework of Zhuhai College of Jilin University Library participating in Community Public Cultural Service from the perspective of the new public administration theory.At the end of the paper,there are a conclusion of the paper,the outlook for the follow-up practice,and expectation to the prosperity and development of the Community Public Cultural Service.
