Study On Academic Library' S Participation In The Construction Of Community Public Cultural Service System

President Xi Jinping pointed out we should stick to the socialist value system and the socialist core sense of worth,and demonstrate the power of culture,at the seminar of Provincial leaders learning and implementing the spirit of “Comprehensive deepen reforms”,addressed in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC,Feb,17. 2014.Making great efforts to construct the social public service system with Chinese characteristics not only is the resetting of service systems and the repositioning of cultural undertakings in the background of culture organization reform but also is the inevitable choice of the transformation of government function in the modern information society.Public cultural service is a part of government public service function in the field of social culture as a component of public service system of modern government. Cultural protection and diffusion is the main function of government public service,but the community resident can also get involved in it to promote the virtuous formation of a mechanism of self-management and self-development. It is important to enhance the knowledge of the community residents,because it is an important connotation of improving the literacy level of our peoples. The academic library,to some degree,is a literature and information center, and an academic institution for teaching and scientific research,which has become an important carrier of socialization of information. So it has important practical significance to promote the academic library to participate in public cultural service system construction.In this paper,based on the public cultural service theory,questionnaire is used for analyzing the community public cultural service in Zhang Jiakou. We successively visited qiaodong district, qiaoxi district, victory South roadand and 83 community, etc. And the investigation, the investigation of the content mainly includes: the basic information of the residents(age, residence, residential period), cultural environment, cultural demand(type ?form ?requirements), culture behavior( choices?the way of participation) and the evaluation of service quality.Then the analysis of the survey reveals that the problems of public cultural service system construstrution,which benefits the finding in how academic library participate in the public cultural service system construction. Also the paper analyzes its feasibility,culture. finally put forward the construction pattern to promote the development of community public culture.
