Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) is a computer system designed for support some necessary information to human resource management and decision- making. HRMIS can improve the efficiency and level of human resource management, boot up the self-identity feeling and loyalism degree of stuff, conformity and concentrate information resource, support easy-visited, easy-searched information database, be favor of justice and detainment persons with ability, and improve the management level of company.The human resource management status of Chongqing Chuanyi Sale & System Engineering Co. is analyzed based on age structure and culture degree structure of human resource. The problem of human resource management of our Co. is analyzed.At last, the opportunity and challenge of human resource management and design. The inside and outside factors which restrict the innovation of human resource management are analyzed in this paper. The strategy of innovation of human resource management in our company is introduced based on the idea of"human-centered"and the new acts of human resource management in our company, such as ability examining and performance examining, are emphasize.The network structure, function structure and function modules of the software of Chongqing Chuanyi Sale & System Engineering Co. Human Resource Management Information System (SICSSE-HRMIS) are designed and implemented based on the idea of modularized programming.It is show by running and practice that SICSSE-HRMIS has performance characteristics as: easy operation, brief interface, distinct flow; open system structure to reduce the upper maintenance cost; flexible and simple function of protracting, automatic creating and collecting table to easily realize various report form; humanistic salary management; flow management of personnel alteration, such as employing, dismissing, station changing; various authorized function to ensure the security of different sub-unit; fast response of C/S network structure and it's high performance of transaction processing to implement complex operation flows.
