Human resource is not only a foundation or a brain of an enterprise, but also an i-mportant measure of an enterprise development prospects. Forming a perfect human resource management mechanism and setting up an efficient, convenient human infor-mation management platform is the enterprise management issues that all enterprises-urgently want to be solved. In order to solve this enterprise staffs basic information management, salary management, attendance management, and many other requirem-ents, an excellent human information management system needs to accord with the en-terprise culture, scale, being engaged in the industry and other elements. While the existing staff management systems focus on the basic information of the staff manage-ment, on the other side cannot be combined with the level of every employee's level, wage level and their checking-in information and related information. Therefore it can't build a comprehensive employee information management platform reasonably.Based on above, the article which is based on the actual project designed and rea-lizedan employees information management system based on Ajax. It combines the basic information of every employee, salary information, attendance information, etc. Through this system, the enterprise can be efficient, convenient, reliable for human resources management, saving enterprise in this respect, the cost and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.The design and implementation of the system using the Rational (RUP) thoughts , conscientiously implement the guiding thought through the development process of the whole system of software engineering. It is divided into:demand analysis, general design, detailed design, code realization and test as four stages. The whole developm-ent process taking iterative way, solved industry experts, software design personnel and the problem of communication between users and software designers to improve the system development efficiency and quality. It used the B/S design patterns, and reduced the client load, realized the more popular current development mode of rich clients. Owing to introduce Ajax web development technology to realize the pages of local update, it avoided sending those which hasn't changed information on the netwo-rk. It improved the network's response speed, reduced the network congestion. By us ing the comparative ExtJS framework, the popular design is more dynamic interfacial , more aesthetic feeling, and more concise.System structure based on ASP.NET Web application three-layer structure model, and it divided into user interface layer, business logic layer and data access layer. This will separate the user interaction, transaction processing and database operation to improve the system reusability and expansibility, and be easy to facilitate maintena-nce.
