As the constantly development of the global economic market and computer technology,the trend of cooperation between enterprises becomes increasingly clear,therefore,it is necessary to make an overall plan,restructuring,and optimization,to improve overall efficiency.It is why the supply chain management becomes the focus of experts at home and aboard,it is gradually updated as the new management model from a management technique.A personalized interface is developed by the supply chain management through the collaborative commercial platform so as to enable users to obtain information they need by accessing the unified channel,to optimize the operation,and to increase the productivity of enterprises final The supply chain management supports not only structured data,but also unstructured data,furthermore,it provides technical support to build up information system of the enterprise.It can adapt to adjustment both of personnel and departments of enterprises so as to meet business requirements for adjustments and extensions to address business and IT Department technology needs of problem cannot be solved within a short time.According to actual needs to the supply section on material procurement and supply business of the manufacturing enterprise,to against its existed problems,and to combine theory of collaborative business,and technology,a whole set material collaborative supply management system is developed in the Paper for the enterprise.The research content of the Paper focus on the analysis to the process of draw-up and running of the current material needs plans and material procurement plans,and then to complete works of analysis,design,and development,and etc.to material supply chain information exchange platform,and finally to put the supply chain information exchange platform on test.The Paper takes both the developing status of materials procurement by supply section of the manufacturing enterprise at the present stage,and materials managing problems to the supply section of the manufacturing enterprise as the research focus,to draw-up the operation for managing materials except just focus on the supply section,so that material management can be quicker and more standardized.In the design progress of the system,C language is used,ASPN NET is exploited for the technical development to construct a physical model with 3-tiers framework,which makes the design clear and straightforward,andthe codes with strong readability.As to the demands of its production plan to material management of productive manufacturing enterprises.The system has made a systematic analysis to the demands.Requirements achieved by the analysis according to demands realized a high reliability.According to the requirements in the demand analysis,mining in depth business models,reasonable design,it achieved a material management system with high reliability,practical value,and which is also maintainable to the supply section of the manufacturing enterprises.This system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and SQL Server 2005 as the development environment,mainly using ASP.NET technology to achieve.This system has a clear visual interface design,easy operation and maintenance queries is also very convenient.Meanwhile,it has a very good security settings and proper permissions settings,which provides not secure protection to specific and strict data,but also clear and efficient maintenance to the system.
