As information technology and economic globalization, especially the mobile intelligentterminal is developing rapid in recent years, the supply chain management faces enormouschallenges. Companies under increasing pressure, increasing competition among enterprises,have now developed into a war between the supply chain and supply chain. To reduce businesscosts, quick response to market and meet customer demand, maximize supply chain profits,companies need to have new ways to collaborate on supply chain management. Supply ChainManagement Collaborative Technologies has more than just the original C/S structuresoftware, but more needs to consider more advanced tools and techniques, such as cloudcomputing, large data storage, mobile intelligence platform.This article is in this context, the analysis of the current supply chain collaborativemanagement research situation, the current study found that the overwhelming majority ofsimulation experiments, the lack of real practical application. In reality, due to the lag ofdemand information, supply chain enterprises have encountered the "bullwhip effect" is veryserious, and meanwhile, the supply chain enterprise information is opaque, viciouscompetition among enterprises is endless, the cost of doing business is increasing, the overallsupply chain profit margins is driving down, customer satisfaction is low. And, in the actualmaterial management system, just for the enterprise goods stockholding and othermanagement, lack of technology of access to upstream and downstream enterprises ofinformation, not weaken "bullwhip effect" adverse effects, leading to difficult to controlbusiness costs.Thus, the author combines supply chain collaborative management model, based on theMVC pattern and mobile intelligent terminal technical, using VB.Net and Oracle10g as thecore technology to develop a PC client materials management system, and using Java, Androidand Oracle10g as the core technology develop the mobile intelligent terminal materialsmanagement system. It is a good solution to the shortcomings of the usual materialsmanagement system, increasing the supply chain information sharing among enterprises,improving the profitability of supply chain and the satisfaction of ultimate customer.Android mobile platform was introduced in this paper the design and implementation ofmaterial management system is an important feature. The introduction of the mobile platformis not just a simple introduction of advanced equipment but also is optimizing materials management model, it is mean that mobile platforms for materiel management is not only tobring convenience, but also really make the information into the materials Management.
