University Open Research Data Category And Application Platform Construction Research

Under the background of big data,data analysis has attracted much more attention.Data has become a key to innovation-driven scientific studies that has gradually shifted to data-intensive scientific research.This scientific research is increasingly dependent on data driven where the solution of manager research data has attracted widespread attention.Therefore,the research about management of open research data has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is under the auspices of open data movement,through the scientific research process,and then defining the scope of scientific data,from the organization and management of data to data storage and data integration and other aspects to explore open and share of scientific research data which implements data resource management integrated solutions.In general,the main work of this paper is reflected in the following aspects.First,which is from the analysis of the process of scientific research point of view,scientific analysis of the various stages of research is to identify the type of data that exists in various stages and then combine with university-specific environment according to scientific data feature,data type and data existing form defined category of university research data.Second,according to different aspects of open data,the main purpose is to distinguish the meaning with others based on the research data resources.This can be done by applying open data theory to it,organization of data and data storage,use of data,data security etc.From these aspects the main purpose is to explore the open strategy of data and then introduced the scientific data model of this open architecture and at last put forward an open data reference architecture model.Third,this paper is designed based on the analysis of scientific research process and puts forward the theory of scientific data life-cycle.Thus it tries to adopt appropriate technology program to design and implement the data manager platform to achieve the management of all the scientific data life cycle.Fourth,based on the analysis of scientific behavior and in comparison with local and abroad Figshare and Fudan universities respectively social science research data management platform have conducted the design phase research needed for this paper.Based on this work,I chose the appropriate technology program,from the overall architecture network topology and the structure of data table to consider the open research data management platform,and then program and implement a prototype of platform after the system testing and evaluation to achieve the exacted target function of platform.
