With the system of subject librarian established,Constructing the performance evaluation on the service of the subject librarian to appraise the service equality seems more especially important.Drawing on results of previous studies, this thesis utilizes the data enveloping analysis (DEA) method and the balanced score card (BSC) to appraise the service performance on the subject librarian. In addition, the paper uses the questionnaire-interviews and mathematical-statistics to construct the performance evaluation on the service of the subject librarian.And the paper makes a empirical study on the subject librarian of the Southwest University library.Firstly, By means of the BSC and the DEA methods,the paper make a analysis on the influencing factors on the service equality of subject librarian from readers, financial, internal business process, learning and growth..Secondly, from the angle of integrating input and output, this paper finds the key indictor,and establishes the DEA model of service appraisal of subject librarian.Thirdly, the paper performs empirical research on the subject librarian of Southwest University library. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the paper quantifiesthe qualitative indexes and calculated the results of the model.Lastly, Base on the appraisal on the subject librarian of Southwest University library, the author finds the key influential factors and makes some advices on the improvements of the services appraisal.
